Sury Bonfil is a marketing professional and Web3 strategist focused on driving the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly blockchain, in Mexico. She works to make technology more accessible and connect people, especially women and young people, with the knowledge, networks, and opportunities shaping the future.

She is Co-Founder of ETH Cinco de Mayo, a community-driven platform advancing blockchain education, adoption, and ecosystem development in Mexico and beyond. Through hackathons and educational initiatives, it has reached more than 1,000 students and builders, while creating pathways for them to develop projects, build meaningful connections, and access new opportunities within the ecosystem.

Sury is also a Hedera Ambassador in Mexico and Business Development Director at Unlock, a movement and ecosystem that empowers women leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers by providing access to knowledge, tools, connections, and opportunities for growth.

Her work also extends to organizing events, conferences, and experiences that connect technology with education, culture, and art.
