Her career began in traditional finance in 2012 before moving into the tech sector as a Product Manager for banking software. In both fields, she experienced firsthand the underrepresentation of women. When she entered crypto in 2018, she recognized that Web3 merges two of the most male-dominated industries—finance and technology—and was determined to ensure women had a seat at the table from the start.

In 2021, she embraced her public voice as Chicaweb3, creating content focused on education and clarity to demystify crypto for the Latin community and counter widespread misinformation. In 2025, she and her husband left corporate careers to dedicate themselves fully to Web3 education and consulting, founding CW3 Digital Assets Consulting to expand their impact across Latin America and the U.S.

Her mission is clear: to close gaps in access, opportunity, and education so the future of money and technology is built inclusively—with Latin America and women at the forefront of innovation.
