Lucia is a highly accomplished lawyer with over 20 years of experience, specializing in blockchain, intellectual property, and technology law. She holds two Master’s degrees: one in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies from the Universidad Panamericana, and another in Information and Communication Technologies Law from the Centro de Investigación e Innovación en Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (INFOTEC). She also earned a specialization in Blockchain and Law from the Legal Practice School of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and she is certified in cybersecurity and personal data protection by the Academia Mexicana de Derecho Informático. Currently, Lucia is pursuing further specialization in artificial intelligence and intellectual property.

Throughout her career, Lucia has held key legal positions in major companies including VOLVO, Volkswagen de México, MAPFRE, GE Software Division, and Grupo Santillana, part of Grupo PRISA. She currently serves as Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at RappiCard, a leading Mexican fintech. Additionally, she is the founder of Creazioni and The Web3 Law Lab, initiatives focused on intellectual property, legaltech design, and the development of blockchain-related projects.

Lucia is actively engaged in financial technology projects through the Asociación FINTECH in Mexico, particularly in the architecture of applications for electronic payment institutions. She is also a respected columnist for various media outlets, including FORO JURÍDICO magazine, where she was recognized as one of Mexico's "Most Disruptive Lawyers" in 2019. Beyond her written work, Lucia shares her extensive legal knowledge and insights on social media, contributing to the broader discourse on law and technology.
