Leslie Motta is the founder of Women of Basketball (NFT). WOB’s initiative is to help financially support our Junior College female basketball athletes by providing funds for their dorms and whatever their scholarships don’t cover. Leslie also wants to bring awareness to the masses of how underfunded and how under resourced these ladies are and wants to eliminate some of these stresses for them.

Leslie has worked in the banking industry, real estate industry for over eighteen years holding multiple positions helping with organizational development and helping restructure teams who were low performing to high performing teams and bridging the gaps on inefficiencies.

Leslie is also the host for the Leslie Motta show and hosts a weekly spaces, Women Empowerment. We interview women in Web3, how they are building, what brought them to this realm, how we can bring more into this community, and how they feel and are empowered.
