She is the founder of BitQueens, a learning and community platform where women explore blockchain in clear, practical, and relatable ways. Through BitQueens, she creates an environment where women can learn, ask questions, and discover new opportunities in Web3.

Kristie is also a founding member of Women in Asset Tokenization (WAT), a global initiative ensuring women's voices and leadership are central to the tokenized economy. Her focus is on education and creating pathways for women to participate meaningfully.
