Frances MacDonald is the Founder of Divine Match Talent, a boutique recruitment and HR agency specializing in Web3, AI, fintech, and emerging technologies. With more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition and HR and six years in the Web3 ecosystem, Frances has built her career connecting people, companies, and communities across North America and Latin America.

Before founding Divine Match Talent, Frances served as Head of Talent at ChainSafe Systems, a leading blockchain infrastructure and R&D company. During her time there, she helped scale the organization from approximately 20 people to more than 130 team members across 30 countries, building international teams in a rapidly evolving and highly competitive industry.

Today, through Divine Match Talent, Frances partners with startups and technology companies to build teams across engineering, product, go-to-market, operations, and leadership. She also works alongside an advisory and investment firm supporting early-stage companies in fintech, AI, and real estate, helping connect startups, investors, talent, and opportunities between the U.S. and Latin America.

Born in Nova Scotia, Canada, and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Frances brings a multicultural perspective to her work and is passionate about strengthening the connection between the North American and Latin American technology ecosystems.

She is particularly passionate about creating greater access for women in Web3, AI, and emerging technologies not only as employees, but as users, founders, investors, and leaders shaping the next generation of the digital economy."
