Astrid Pilla is a serial entrepreneur, award-winning XR producer, and Web3 brand strategist shaping the future of agentic AI across retail, creative industries, and more. As founder of Club Miku, an AI agent hub, Astrid drives innovation across fashion, beauty, wellness, hospitality, automotive, and beyond. She is also the creator of the viral agent Miku, an AI ambassador for global brands, showcasing the cultural and commercial potential of Agentic AI, and Agentic AI Teams.

Her XR production and consulting work has touched luxury brands from Shiseido to ENPOSH Italia, SHOWStudio to KidSuper, and Astrid has helped manage fine artists around the globe. Astrid's also played a pivotal role in Valdé Beauty's Glossy Award win for Best Digital Experience and the creation of the first Web3-funded grant for LatinX beauty entrepreneurs. The project paired digital art by women artists with Valdé's sustainable, sculptural crystal lipstick vessels.

Astrid acted as principal producer of Metaverse Beauty Week, working with many leading beauty brands in pre-production. Astrid is also co-founder of 3DMetaDress, centered around a one of a kind 3D-printed couture gown made up entirely of 300 3D-printed names of inspiring women in Web3 and STEM.

A World of Women Web3 for Good nominee and AI for Business educator, Astrid is recognized as a thought leader in AI, fashion tech, Web3, XR production and the future of retail experiences.

She is also Founder & CEO of The Arthur Pilla Research Foundation, a nonprofit honoring her late father, Dr. Arthur Pilla, a pioneer in electrotherapeutics. In partnership with BioEM.org, the foundation awards the annual Arthur Pilla Young Scientist Award to support emerging PhDs in electrotherapeutics. Earlier in her career, Astrid co-founded and scaled a successful high-tech orthodontic practice in Washington, D.C., combining entrepreneurship with patient-centered innovation and education.
