Anna Riabokon is a digital economy and emerging technology executive, researcher, and published author with more than five years of experience across blockchain, digital assets, legal technology, and emerging technology. Her work spans strategy, governance, treasury management, partnerships, ecosystem development, and organizational growth.
She currently serves as Head of Operations & Governance at the RARI Foundation, where she leads initiatives across organizational strategy, governance, treasury, ecosystem development, and stakeholder coordination.
Anna has also been invited to contribute as a speaker, judge, and reviewer across industry and academic forums, sharing her expertise on emerging technologies, business models, governance, and innovation.
Alongside her industry work, she is completing a Doctor of Business Administration and conducts research on how emerging technologies are reshaping organizations and the digital economy. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals, including Frontiers in Blockchain.
Her interests include AI, tokenization, digital assets, emerging financial infrastructure, and expanding women’s participation in shaping the next generation of the digital economy.
