Angélica Márquez is a Web3 investor, founder, and community builder based in Barcelona, Spain. She is the founder of Warmi Circle, a phygital club for women entrepreneurs that connects members across more than seven countries through investment education, masterclasses, and in person gatherings. Warmi means woman, and the club exists to close a gap Angélica saw firsthand: financial knowledge circulates in rooms most women are never invited into.

She is also the founder of Golden PR, an agency that grows emerging technology brands across Spain and Latin America through strategic PR, KOL, and influencer marketing, working with companies across Web3, artificial intelligence, and robotics. Through Golden PR she created the Founders and Investors series, which has brought together more than 500 members of Barcelona's startup ecosystem across three editions.

Angélica serves as Co-Founder and CMO of ElevatHer Summit, an international experience built to give visibility, capital access, and community to women in technology, investment, and Web3. The Dubai edition welcomed more than 250 attendees and hosted a pitch competition with over 35,000 dollars in prizes for women led startups. She also leads KOL and Community Growth for Europe at Cashi, a global stablecoin payments platform, where she designed and runs the VIP Ambassadors program.

Her path into Web3 began inside traditional finance and global corporations, including CaixaBank and PwC. That experience shaped the question that drives her work today: who gets access to financial education, and who is left to figure it out alone.

Angélica is currently building a gamified investment education platform designed to teach financial decision making through play, with a long term mission to raise a generation that is more conscious about money. She speaks regularly at events across Europe and Latin America.
