In 2025, Aizhanat became the co-organizer of ETH Bishkek 2025, the first ETH-format hackathon in Central Asia. This landmark three-day event will gather 180+ developers, designers, and analysts to build blockchain-based solutions, supported by workshops from the Ethereum Foundation and mentorship from international experts. For her, ETH Bishkek is not only about technology, but also about proving that Kyrgyzstan can be a hub for innovation and a platform where young people can showcase their talent.
Aizhanat holds a BBA in Business Administration and Marketing from the American University of Central Asia and has over five years of experience at the intersection of education, technology, and community development. Beyond Web3, she is the founder of Logocenter, a speech therapy and child development center in Bishkek, where she has combined social impact with sustainable business practices to support children and families.
Her journey into crypto began in 2020 with trading and investing, later evolving into a deeper focus on trading psychology, risk management, and on-chain analytics. This path led her to recognize that while technology is powerful, people, mindset, and community are equally essential. Her vision is to position Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia as active contributors to the global Web3 ecosystem by empowering local talent, connecting communities with international networks, and creating more opportunities for women and youth in tech. She believes Web3 is not just about finance, but also about education, inclusion, and building a sustainable digital economy.
